- Use the cleanup scripts because the saving from the database might have a problem.

Notes:
- Users can update their app to use the v0.8.8
- #256 Implement Filter for Portfolio is slow at OA-App due to numbers of windows at the portfolio. Tested on the external browser arc and it doesn't have a problem.
- Upon reviewing and only the portfolio are instantiated. CEF doesn't consume too much on the processor or in the battery performance.
- Suggestion for Optimization:
- Downsizing the whole 3d structure of the windows(Apps, Portals and Browser). Adjustments are collision detection, computation for resizing, portfolio apps and portals position, new workspace position etc.
CEF max resolution(content) to 4k for other Apps.

Notes:
- Blocker for AppStates, newly instantiated window on the new portal are not rendered(white screen OO) because the container doesn't resume.
- Disable the AppStates so we can continue testing the last sprint ticket while finding the cause on it.
- Updater can be utilized in this build.
