    ✅ Improved Splash Screen Behavior (Pre-Disable Phase)

    This update enhances the splash screen experience prior to its planned disablement:

    • App List with Titles & Loading Percentage - The splash screen now displays all apps being instantiated, showing their window/app titles along with real-time loading percentages.
    • Complete Instantiation of Windows - All Windows—Apps, Portals, and Browser—now fully instantiate during the splash screen phase, ensuring everything is ready once the UI loads.
